Head of Customer Success

Chorus.ai is looking for a results oriented Head of Customer Success to add to our Go-To-Market Leadership Team. Our Customer Success team partners directly with our customer’s revenue leadership to help them implement on-boarding and coaching programs, in addition to transforming the data and insights from Chorus’s AI into actions they can use to improve their performance. As the Head of Customer Success, you will be responsible for activating and renewing our customer base, acting as the customer’s main advocate within the company, and for developing and growing a world class team for both our Customer Success team members and our Support Engineers. The success of our customers is a top priority for Chorus.ai and you will be responsible for scaling the team and the playbook to support our growing customers. The ideal candidate will feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, high growth environment and be able to own the strategy of the team while also rolling up their sleeves to take on new projects and initiatives. This role is based in San Francisco and reports into the CRO.

Director, Sales Enablement (Remote)

Develop and execute a ‘state-of-the-art’ sales on-boarding program with ‘role-specific’ online training paths (Sales Enablement software), in-person trainings (Bootcamps), and virtual Zoom classrooms. Build our competitive differentiation story and relevant support resources/content. Manage the day-to-day administration of the Sales Enablement Software; create comprehensive courses, ad-hoc updates/trainings (e.g. product updates), sales playbooks and innovative coaching programs. Actively source and deliver ongoing enablement around sales techniques, sales process, internal sales tools and more. Develop and maintain reporting systems for the sales team and leadership to drive accountability, engagement and measure program success. Effectively design content to increase knowledge and competencies of our go-to-market teams. Develop a governance process for sales enablement content, partnering closely with our Sales, CS and Marketing, and BDR teams.

Maintain ownership of a portfolio of customers, developing new relationships while supporting existing teams to ultimately drive adoption and retention of Chorus across their organization. Advise and oversee customer onboarding, training and delivery of best practices to continually drive business value and return on the customer’s investment. This includes gathering their goals, setting success metrics, prescribing the right strategy and overseeing the implementation of Chorus. Coordinate and deliver basic and advanced training sessions to ensure confidence with the platform and cultivate customer accountability. Increase customer retention and adoption rates by conducting regular check-in calls, delivering high quality QBRs and EBRs, obsessing over customer goals, strategy and outcomes.

Perform initial on-boarding of accounts with enterprise level customers, ensuring strong adoption and ongoing engagement throughout the entire customer lifecycle, resulting in renewal and expansion within your Book of Business. Establish relationships with important C - Level Executives to secure renewal and guide further product adoption; serve as strategic advisor, and handle overall responsibility for managing the customer relationship, health, and risk, from end-to-end once the sale is made, including keeping the customer informed of all product updates. Work with customers to develop a success plan that outlines how Chorus addresses their essential need both immediately and in the future that includes metrics for success.
