Infios is seeking successful, experienced, and strategic Account Executives with experience selling supply chain management software solutions at the enterprise level. This role is for high-impact sellers who thrive on building trusted advisor relationships, driving new business, and delivering measurable outcomes for customers.

What a day in the life looks like

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans, including executive-level relationship mapping, white-spacing, and cross-functional engagement strategies.
  • Aggressively prospect into new enterprise accounts, leveraging both marketing leads and personal networks to ensure 3–4x pipeline coverage.
  • Guide opportunities through the entire cycle, from prospecting and discovery to executive presentations, contract negotiation, and closing high-value deals.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the supply chain space, bringing unique insights and expertise that help shape customer strategies and demonstrate Infios’s market leadership.
  • Connect customer objectives to Infios solutions, building ROI-driven business cases that position Infios as the partner of choice.
  • Collaborate across internal teams — presales, solution consulting, marketing, and customer success — to deliver strong outcomes and ensure customer success.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM documentation to provide predictable results and clear visibility for leadership.
  • Actively engage in the Infios customer community, leveraging references, success stories, and peer networks to drive growth and strengthen relationships.

What you bring to the team

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding enterprise software sales quotas ($500K+ ACV with long sales cycles).
  • Comfort working at the C-suite and executive level, with strong influence, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in hunting new logos while expanding existing accounts through strategic relationship-building and value-based selling.
  • Strong background in supply chain management solutions is preferred but not required, with the ability to differentiate Infios in a competitive market.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver boardroom-ready messaging.
  • Highly disciplined in sales process execution, including pipeline coverage, forecasting accuracy, and CRM utilization.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture and contributes to shaping customer and product strategy.
  • Experience and success in leveraging MEDDPIC, SPIN, Challenger or other sales qualification frameworks
  • Background in Supply Chain Software preferred

Salary range: From $125K to 150K + uncapped commission (final compensation based on experience, performance, and internal equity).
