The AI/ML Solutions team builds scalable, high-fidelity system simulation frameworks that drive architectural innovation and performance analysis for AI/ML workloads at extreme scale.
These simulations enable deep insights into compute, memory, and network subsystems, supporting design decisions and tradeoff evaluations across complex system architectures.

What You Can Expect

  • Design, implement, and validate components for high-fidelity system simulations.
  • Develop and maintain system-level and behavioral models tailored to AI/ML architectures.
  • Test and characterize simulation models to ensure accuracy and scalability.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate new simulation features and improve existing capabilities.
  • Contribute to performance projection and architectural tradeoff analysis through simulation-driven insights.

What We're Looking For

  • Candidate MUST have a bachelor's degree and/or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
  • Familiarity with parallel computing and network simulations.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Strong background in system architecture, modeling, or simulation.
  • Experience with AI/ML workload characterization and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in simulation tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, C++, SystemC).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
  • System Performance Analysis: Expertise in profiling, benchmarking, and optimizing hardware/software systems.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills for root cause analysis across hardware/software boundaries.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

168,920 - 253,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
