At Zapier, we’re not just building software, we’re building the first enterprise-ready AI orchestration platform. We're looking for an interactive-focused brand designer who can bring beautiful craft, strategic thinking and strong execution to zapier.com.

The Brand Designer, Interactive will contribute to the design of our marketing website experience — everything from our core marketing pages to campaign landing pages and brand advertising moments. This role requires strong visual craft, a love of designing for web, and experience working in no-code web tools. You’ll focus on executing excellent design work with guidance and support from senior designers and leads, while steadily growing your range and ownership.

About You
  • You’re a mid-level brand designer with excellent visual craft and cross-functional range. Web is your core focus, but you’re comfortable flexing into adjacent brand or campaign work with support from senior teammates.

  • You have a strong interactive sensibility. You understand how to design for the web in ways that are intuitive, accessible, performant and engaging. You keep up with best practices and love making things that feel modern and alive.

  • You're excited about the opportunity to push a new brand system forward. We've recently completed a brand refresh better positioning us for our Enterprise audience — you’ll have an exciting opportunity to help us evolve this system and make zapier.com an engaging, best-in-class marketing site.

  • You’re data-informed. You care about how design impacts conversion and are motivated to learn from insights, research, and testing.

  • You’re development-aware. You have familiarity with modern website builders (Framer, Webflow, Builder.io, etc.) and are motivated to grow deeper fluency. You have experience collaborating with engineering and know how to design for implementation.

  • You’re curious and experimental, especially when it comes to AI. You’re excited about exploring how AI tools can enhance your design workflow, unlock new creative directions, and help scale brand expression in smarter ways.

  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and can manage your own time. You know how to take a broad brief, set direction, and drive it forward. You're self-directed but collaborative, and comfortable navigating a fast-moving environment.

  • You're a strong communicator. You clearly explain your thinking, ask good questions, and seek input early and often. You know how to align cross-functional partners, and you're generous with feedback and collaboration.

Things You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with designers, producers and partners across Marketing and Engineering to launch engaging marketing web pages and campaign experiences.

  • Own the end-to-end design and build of marketing site pages in tools like Framer—from concept through polished execution.

  • Build interactive pages in Framer yourself, or work closely with developers to realize your designs in code (some of our site is built in Framer, and other parts are built by our engineering team)

  • Use AI-assisted workflows and automation tools to speed up production and free time for higher-level creative exploration.

  • Push the Zapier brand forward as we continue to apply our Enterprise brand refresh to the rest of the customer journey. This will look helping us bring more motion, experimentation, and distinctiveness to how the brand system shows up on web

  • Leverage data and insights from past work, customer research, and A/B testing to raise the bar for our conversion and pipeline goals

  • Partner with senior designers to maintain and evolve style sheets, component libraries, and self-serve resources that scale design across the org.

Compensation Range: $128.2K - $196.2K
