We're looking for a Business Development Executive to transform how the world's most creative agencies work. You'll partner with everyone from scrappy independent shops to global holding company networks, helping them discover how AI can supercharge their creative process—from initial brainstorm to final deliverable.

This isn't about disrupting agencies—it's about empowering them to do what they do best, but faster, more creatively, and at unprecedented scale.

What a Typical Week Might Look Like
  • Hosting a demo for a top agency's innovation team showcasing how Dream Machine can transform their pitch process

  • Negotiating enterprise licensing terms with a top-tier creative agency that wants to integrate AI across all client work

  • Collaborating with our product team after a production house requests specific video editing capabilities

  • Speaking at Cannes Lions about the future of AI in advertising (okay, maybe not every week!)

  • Working with an independent agency to pilot a new creative workflow using our latest models

  • Building relationships with agency new business teams who see AI as their competitive edge

  • Structuring a partnership with a media agency exploring AI-powered content personalization

Your Background Looks Something Like
  • 7+ years of agency-facing business development experience, ideally in tech, media, or creative tools

  • You have a robust network across creative, production, and media agencies—and they actually take your calls

  • Experience building partnerships from initial conversation through long-term strategic relationship

  • You understand agency economics, timelines, and the constant pressure to deliver breakthrough creative

  • Track record of closing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders and decision makers

  • Strategic thinker who can see around corners and anticipate market shifts

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience thriving in fast-paced, early-stage environments

You Might Really Thrive Here If...
  • You genuinely get excited about emerging technology and love being an early evangelist

  • You've worked at an early-stage startup and understand the unique challenges and opportunities

  • You can translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for creative professionals

  • You build relationships for the long term, not just the next deal

  • You have a sense of humor and can navigate the sometimes ego-driven world of advertising

  • You see AI as augmenting human creativity, not replacing it

  • You're energized by the idea of shaping an entirely new category alongside creative pioneers

Some of the Cool Things We're Working On
  • Building strategic partnerships with holding companies to bring AI creativity to their global client roster

  • Developing custom creative workflows for agencies pioneering AI-first campaigns

  • Creating case studies that showcase how AI can 10x creative output without sacrificing quality

  • Establishing Luma as the go-to creative AI platform for the world's most innovative agencies

  • Working with production houses to integrate our models into existing post-production workflows

  • Partnering with agencies to create entirely new service offerings powered by AI

Your Path to Joining

Our interview process is designed to understand both your strategic thinking and relationship-building approach:

  1. Initial conversation about your agency network and vision for AI in advertising

  2. Strategic case study around a real agency partnership opportunity

  3. Product deep-dive with our team to understand what you'd be partnering around

  4. Meet with key stakeholders to discuss how partnerships drive our overall strategy

  5. Final conversations about expectations, compensation, and cultural fit

What We Value
  • Expertise in your field: You already know the agency landscape inside and out

  • Urgency, velocity and execution: We move at startup speed, agencies move fast too

  • Problem solving mindset: Every partnership has unique challenges to solve

  • Clear communication: You can explain complex AI concepts to creative directors

  • Product focus: Everything serves our mission to expand human creativity
