Role Overview:

We’re gaining momentum and looking for an experienced BDR Manager to lead and scale a team of outbound business development representatives focused on qualified pipeline generation. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you’ll play a key role in owning the outbound strategy and partnering with cross functional leaders to ensure our outbound efforts are focused, intentional, and impactful. If you thrive on coaching, driving activity, and partnering cross functionally with stakeholders to influence revenue, this role could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of BDRs to exceed pipeline and meeting goals.

  • Refine targeting, messaging, and sequencing to increase engagement and conversion.

  • Partner with Account Executives and Revenue Leaders to deliver clear expectations around pipeline coverage, alignment, etc.

  • Hold weekly 1:1 meetings, team standups, and other coaching opportunities.

  • Leverage outreach and productivity tools to maximize outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum (2) years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of delivering and increasing pipeline generation.

  • Previous experience building and scaling successful BDR teams.

  • Strong ability to build trust across GTM teams and influence without authority.

  • Deep experience with outbound prospecting strategies, selling techniques, and enablement.

  • Operational mindset with an ability to use data to diagnose and improve performance.

  • Proven ability to coach through call reviews, dashboards, and weekly execution plans.
