About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will lead Avride’s market expansion by developing partnerships and closing strategic deals with top players across the delivery, retail, and enterprise sectors. You’ll build and maintain relationships with major industry partners — including Uber, DoorDash, Grubhub, Instacart, Delivery Hero, Wolt, Just Eat, and global brands such as Starbucks and McDonald’s. The ideal candidate brings a strong B2B sales background, deep understanding of technology and mobility markets, and the drive to grow Avride’s presence across the United States.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute Avride’s go-to-market strategy across delivery, retail, and enterprise channels.
  • Sell and manage relationships with leading delivery services, enterprise merchants, and major retail partners.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to drive adoption of Avride’s autonomous solutions.
  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at partner and corporate levels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth contract execution and ongoing partner success.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Represent Avride at industry events and conferences, promoting brand visibility and thought leadership.
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline, report on metrics, and forecast revenue.
  • Stay informed about market trends and innovations in last-mile delivery and mobility technology.
What You’ll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships, ideally within tech, logistics, or mobility.
  • Proven success in driving new business, managing complex sales cycles, and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience engaging with delivery platforms, major retail brands, or large-scale enterprise partners.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and collaborative, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for partner meetings and market development.
