The role:

We seek a talented Consumer Credit Card Operations Process Manager to join our SoFi Card Platform team. This role exists to directly configure and operate the Fiserv (FDR) credit card processor, including PCF (Product Control File) and ACS (Adaptive Control System) settings, which are critical to card performance, compliance, and customer experience. This is a hands-on role with direct responsibility for processor configuration and system behavior. The individual will execute configuration changes, validate results, and understand how those changes impact the broader credit card ecosystem. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate system behavior across a highly regulated environment and supports ongoing platform operations, enhancements, and modernization efforts.

What you’ll do:

  • Directly configure, modify, and test PCF and ACS settings within the Fiserv processor
  • Translate business requirements into specific parameter-level changes within the processor
  • Execute end-to-end configuration changes, including setup, testing, validation, and release
  • Perform UAT and production validation to ensure configuration accuracy and system behavior
  • Analyze and troubleshoot production issues related to processor configuration and system performance
  • Evaluate and communicate downstream impacts of system changes across servicing, fraud, disputes, collections, and compliance
  • Own administration responsibilities across multiple Fiserv platforms and coordinate system updates
  • Support platform implementations and cross-functional initiatives with hands-on configuration ownership
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (technology, risk, legal, compliance, marketing) to ensure proper system behavior and regulatory alignment
  • Identify opportunities to improve platform controls, processes, and operational efficiency
  • Monitor platform performance and proactively mitigate operational risk
  • Maintain accurate documentation for configuration changes, testing, and platform processes

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working within Fiserv / FDR credit card processor environments
  • Recent hands-on experience directly configuring PCF and/or ACS
  • Proven experience keying and modifying processor parameters, including:
    • Pricing and fees
    • APR / interest logic
    • Credit limits and authorization controls
    • Delinquency and collections settings
  • Experience performing testing, validation, and release of processor configuration changes
  • Ability to identify and assess downstream impacts of system changes across the credit card lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of consumer credit card operations within a regulated environment
  • Experience troubleshooting production issues related to processor configuration
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical system behavior to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Fiserv platforms such as Optis, VisionPLUS, or related systems
  • Experience supporting platform migrations or modernization efforts (e.g., Galileo, LoanPro)
  • Experience mapping regulatory requirements into system parameters
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Tableau, Airtable, or Smartsheet
  • Experience working in small, high-impact teams with direct ownership
