This includes our flagship ESG Research products (ESG Risk, Regulatory Solutions, Impact Solutions) as well as Climate Solutions, Stewardship Services and Sustainable Finance. You'll also be responsible for our data and research delivery strategy through external and internal platforms, data feeds and APIs.

Job Responsibilities
- Assure the commercial success of the business by establishing and executing a product strategy across all client segments in key regions around the world.
- Build and lead a high-performing product team, including hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including technology, sales, marketing, data, methodology, research to develop and deliver product roadmaps through rigorous prioritization and execution.
- Ensure all products have a cohesive and clear Go-To-Market plans that align with the customer needs.
- Together with the Sustainalytics Chief Commercial Officer, jointly develop and execute commercial policy.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Understand the needs of clients in all major markets/regions, conducting market research and gathering customer feedback to inform product decisions.
- Partner with the Business Head of Regulatory Change and Compliance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably with a focus on building research or data products
- Experience in Sustainability and Financial Services
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing product teams delivering double digit growth for a $100+ million-dollar business
- Solid Knowledge and/or experience of the pragmatic marketing framework and/or the flywheel effect
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with agile development methodologies and product development best practices
- Ability to present complex information at industry events and strategic client meetings
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and prioritize key opportunities and challenges
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions
