THE ROLE
The Product and Business Operations-focused Chief of Staff will work closely with Kickoff's CEO on the biggest opportunities and problems facing the company.

This individual will help chart the high level direction of the company and roll up their sleeves to get things done across an array of domains, with a focus on product, business operations, and analytics.

It's a founder-type role that will give you the chance to understand what it takes to scale a #startup and find #productmarketfit with new products.

This role comes with a lot of responsibility and is not for everyone - it is for someone who wants to scale a world-changing product and learn what it takes to manage a high performing organization.


RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own ambitious projects related to growth and user experience, combining product management and operations to test a minimum remarkable product and iterate to an incredible product
- Conduct user research, competitive research, and analysis to understand underlying client needs and opportunities to delight
- Identify opportunities to drive client retention and client referral by delighting clients so much they recruit friends and family to train with us
- Work closely with Kickoff’s CEO to devise, test, and iterate on the optimal client programming and journey for our target client personas
- Serve as a leadership team member and help to guide Kickoff’s strategy



WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Skills and experience
- 3+ years of management consulting, investment banking, or other experience where you learned how to get up to speed on new topics very quickly, how to inform strategic decisions, and how to work hard
- An additional 3+ years startup experience
- Expertise in using both quantitative data (i.e. metrics, analytics) and qualitative data (i.e. user surveys and interviews) to inform prioritization and decisions
- You can analyze data yourself by writing SQL queries and using data analysis and event tracking tools
- Product experience or exposure
- Finance and financial modeling experience
