About this role

We are looking for a self-starting onboarding specialist to help ensure that hundreds of apparel brands are positioned for success on our platform. You will be critical to the growth of the apparel category and instrumental in improving the overall onboarding experience for our top apparel brands. In this role, you will focus on improving the onboarding experience for Faire’s apparel brands, handling the day-to-day operations, and streamlining catalog management initiatives with both our Apparel Brand Partnership Managers and our customers. You’re energized about this opportunity because you have a passion for apparel, are process and systems minded, and love finding ways to make customers happy. You like to problem solve and find opportunities to align the customer’s goals with company goals.

What you’ll do 

  • Make it your mission to create an exceptional experience for our apparel brands from onboarding to activation to ensure they are set up for long-term success on Faire's platform.
  • Run daily operations for apparel brands and ensure the customer onboarding process is well managed and timely by troubleshooting customer support tickets to full resolution.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for apparel brand onboarding needs and issues internally for Apparel Brand Partnership Managers and Apparel Category Managers.
  • Clean up and optimize brand shop pages prior to activating to improve the quality of their shop, photos, product descriptions, tagging, and product names. 
  • Conduct catalog upload requests for apparel brands including but not limited to catalog quality checks and bulk data entry against established Service Level Agreements.
  • Communicate customer requests, account priorities, and product feature rollouts to Faire’s Business Process Outsourcing Partner to ensure brands have a higher quality experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Apparel Operations and Apparel Brand Partnership partners to ensure the successful transition of accounts.
  • Help advocate customer use-cases, proactively identify customer product needs and review and write customer-facing FAQs and enablement materials. 
  • Regularly review onboarding pipeline activities at scale to identify lags and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • You have 1-3  years of experience either in customer onboarding, account management or customer support
  • You are excited about establishing relationships, particularly with small businesses
  • You care about our customers and making them successful
  • You are a team player and are resilient in the face of challenges, ambiguity, change
  • You are excited to join and can operate in a fast-growth, high-potential environment
  • You are passionate about Faire’s mission
  • Experience with Excel and working with large data sets is a plus
