WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assist in day-to-day tasks related to drafting canned responses (CRs) and updating existing CRs (create drafts / copy edit / review proposed drafts of policy enforcement CRs and appeals CRs)
  • Manage CR requests through internal tool; work with stakeholders to complete requests
  • Review requested updates & seek clarification if necessary
  • Draft in internal tool
  • Submit translation request (if needed)
  • Notify team to sync content for final publishing in Mentor tool
  • Ensure language consistency, tone, accuracy of content, accuracy of policy and appeal links in CRs
  • Support QA testing of new CRs sent through Mentor staging environment
  • Support special comms projects and launches (e.g. policy launches, internal changes, etc)
  • Manage localization requests
  • Deliver content & complete CR requests based on priority:
    • P0 - same day
    • P1 - 2-4 business days
    • P2 - 5-14 business days
  • Maintain / update CR mapping sheets
  • Monthly content freshness audit

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Strong command of English language, grammar, editorial skills (Advanced)
  • Comfortable with internal company tool and applications
  • Communications with stakeholders (Intermediate)
  • Some HTML knowledge (Beginner/Intermediate)
