Mission
This content ops admin position (Content Coordinator) is responsible for managing an efficient and organized process for adding new content to Calm across all content verticals, to include Sleep Stories, Meditations, Music, Wisdom, and Kids. They’ll work closely with our production coordinator and wider production team to ensure final launch assets are collected before uploading to our CMS platform and launching them live for the world to enjoy!
Outcomes
- Collects content data and inputs into our Content Management System for each content launch
- Scans/reviews certain content to quickly evaluate needed metadata tags
- Works with Production Coordinator to collect and organize all assets required for content uploading
- Maintains a minimum runway of finalized uploaded content across all content verticals
- Works with mindfulness team to curate daily content
- Ensures adherence to the established schedule for release of Sleep Stories, Music, Masterclasses, Spark, Calm Kids, etc.
- Manages content uploading schedule and tracking documents/platforms
- Collaborates with content producers to ensure deadlines are met
- Ensures all content is properly archived and information recorded
- Maintains a well-organized inventory system of content assets
- Prepares monthly content highlight report, collects monthly company update slides and tracks weekly content sync action items
Competencies
- Experience working with a project management platform, ideally Asana
- Experience with Content Management Systems or e-commerce platforms
- Skillful with startup tech tools: Dropbox, G-Suite, Slack, analytics, spreadsheets
- Adept at maintaining a meeting agenda, tracking numerous action items
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
