What you’ll do here
We’re looking for an experienced Content Manager to drive the brand forward, scale eCommerce, and deliver marketing-generated pipeline growth. You’ll play a critical role in creating a clear, cohesive, content-led experience for users.
You’ll team up with brand designers, Marketing managers, and engineers to envision the future of RingCentral’s user experience. You’ll also oversee the development of our content system.

What Excites Us
- 2+ years of managing a content design or UX writing team, and 8+ years experience as a content designer, content strategist, or UX writer writing for digital-first consumer experiences
- Experience leading complex, multi-phase content strategies to create user-centric product experiences
- Being impact-oriented, and knowing how to measure the success of your work through KPIs
- Applying systems thinking to create and govern scalable, global content standards
- Craft and attention to detail—when our customers and end users are trusting us with financial data, they deserve a high-quality, well-designed experience from start to finish
- Strong collaboration skills to work side by side with product designers and cross-functional partners
- Motivated leader who is passionate about driving results/pipeline
- Experience mentoring other content designers and digital designers and helping them hone their craft
- Comfort using design software (e.g., Figma, InVision, Sketch) to present solutions visually, lead collaboration sessions, etc.
