The Role:

As the Content Strategist, Sales Enablement you will own the production of sales training collateral that spans the sales lifecycle with the goal of increasing awareness and accelerating the sales cycles. This person will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to develop multiple types of content, including guides, videos, presentations, and other enablement communications that drive sales performance & productivity. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with experience in content strategy, project management, and data-informed decision making.

This person should also have an eye for improving user experience and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with proven critical thinking skills. This is a multi-faceted position and an opportunity to be part of a growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to incorporate business needs, brand messaging, marketing campaigns, and product launches into sales outreach
  • Support the sales cycle at all stages, from lead generation through customer onboarding and beyond
  • Proactively engage with sales managers and sales representatives to gather feedback and use it to optimize messaging and sales materials
  • Work collaboratively with our Talent Development team to produce sales enablement and training presentations
  • Explain complicated product and policy concepts in simple, jargon-free language using BigPandas Voice.
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve BigPandas support (LMS) experiences 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:

  • Experience successfully creating and delivering sales enablement with measurable results in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills that are geared towards sales organization
  • Extremely organized with strong planning and project management skills to be able to support multiple programs
  • Experience utilizing sales enablement platforms and working knowledge of CRMs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Stream)
  • Video Editing and Graphic Editing skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred
  • Detail oriented with good multitasking skills
  • Great team player, positive, and proactive
