About The Role 

Lattice is looking for a Copywriter to provide ongoing copywriting support for various marketing projects including email, sales enablement, website, product marketing, and banner ad copy. This person will work closely with the Demand, Events, and Product Marketing teams on Marketing, and will report directly to the Head of Content and Community.

This is a part-time contractor position for 20-30 hours per week with the potential to become a more permanent role. Ideally, this person will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area but we are open to remote talent located anywhere in the US or Canada.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling copy for website pages, product pages, email, sales enablement, events pages, and other materials.
• Understand and package our product concepts into crisp, clear, and accessible ways to our largely non-technical audience.
• Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment with Product Marketers, brand designers, Demand team stakeholders, and other marketing team members.
• Work autonomously, with little hand-holding
• Create exceptional work within established brand guidelines and helps the team hit or exceed established KPIs.

Requirements 

• 2+ years of copywriting experience. Experience copywriting for a B2B/SaaS marketing team a plus.
• Strong organizational skills in fast-paced environments with the ability to juggle multiple projects across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with designers and cross-functional partners to concept, test, and execute projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present work confidently to a variety of different audiences and stakeholders
• Highly organized, proactively manages time and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and balancing multiple projects at a time
• A portfolio that highlights a variety of different writing projects across multiple mediums
• Knowledge of project management tools a must. Knowledge of video editing tools, audio editing tools, and webinar software a plus.
