NEXT's Creative brand team is looking for a Copywriter to join our fast-growing startup. We’re looking for creatives who love making work that impacts culture. If you’re passionate about helping small businesses - and making work that matters - we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Social Impact Campaigns 
• Concepting for 360 Brand Campaigns
• Delivering Paid Media Assets (TV, Digital and OOH)
• Developing and Executing Earned Media Ideas
• Owned Social Campaigns and Strategy 
• Digital Content Creation

What We Need:

• 3-5 years creative agency or in-house experience
• Curious, collaborative, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Proven experience executing highly creative work across all mediums
• Broad portfolio of polished work across broadcast, web, digital, social and nontraditional, demonstrating the ability to sell and execute on big ideas. 
• Excellent command of language with a penchant for a punchy, engaging copy. 
• Ambitious bar for personal work, with a high level of creative taste
• Strong attention to detail, balanced with an ability to achieve speed to market
• Strong collaborator who partners to drive the best results for the company
• Ability to flex in a fast-changing startup environment while keeping a positive attitude
• Bachelor's degree required
