Molekule's brand team is looking for a Creative Producer / Editor to create video and photography content for our brand and sales needs. This candidate will both drive and assist with art direction, production, and video advertising. 

In this role, you’ll own and assist complete productions and also be expected to execute all post-production needs to deliver a final product. You’re in it from conception to final delivery of projects.

What you'll work on:

• Partner with the brand team and internal stakeholders to shape people's perception and understanding of Molekule’s air purifiers, and the company’s efforts through the planning, development, and production of video and photography
• Create a wide-ranging portfolio of content be it a customer or business testimonial, brand content and process explainers, social, OTT, broadcast, or anything else that touches photography or video.
• Manage third-party vendors (US & Global) to plan, produce, and deliver content based on our content strategy.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of creative production and post-production experience 
• Demonstrate expertise in producing film and photography shoots while staying on budget and on schedule
• Experience sourcing locations and hiring talent and production crew
• Create project briefs and pitch decks 
• Experience managing multiple, fast-turnaround projects 
• Ability to conceptualize video & photography content for marketing campaigns
• Comfortable making creative decisions from ideation to final product
• Organized and disciplined post-production workflow and file management
• Knowledge of basic photographic principles and framing
• Strong visual storytelling and creative concepting experience
• Proficient in filming, photography, and post-production
• Expert in Premiere Pro and Adobe CC suite
