Sage is seeking an energetic and highly organized Customer Content Manager to join our Medium Segment Corporate marketing team. The Customer Content Manager, reports to the Director, Customer Marketing and will lead and support customer engagement and creation of customer story content as part of our customer marketing strategy. You will join a company that is a leader in the cloud accounting industry and a team of career professionals. This role will also support our industry marketing, sales, and demand generation teams through driving customer content creation and delivering amazing customer assets. You must be passionate about customers, have high energy, be able to multi-task, communicate exceedingly well, and be a creative team player.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver customer story assets to integrate into marketing campaigns and assist in the sales process.
  • Support a thriving customer advocacy program with ample pipeline to participate in events, speaking opportunities, customer success stories, videos, and more.
  • Manage and support the creation of success stories and videos to completion.
  • Identify and reward customer advocates through our Advocacy program
  • Manage our third party review programs such as G2 Crowd, Trust Radius, and Gartner Peer Insights.
  • Work cross-functionally to prioritize customer asset requests.
  • Support the demand gen team, PR/AR and events team with customer speakers, quotes, and story assets.
  • Support other functions of the corporate marketing team as needed.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in marketing, business or related fields;
  • Experience working in a fast paced B2B software marketing organization
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Team Player and ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with different personalities
  • Self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job
  • "Can-Do" approach to a wide and rapidly changing workload
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of tasks
