About This Role 

Next has proved a successful business model for high growth but now needs to prove it’s ability as one of the most creative brands in the industry. Already valued at over $2 billion, the desire to build industry defining creative is strong, we just need you to join our strong industry defining creative team.

We’re looking for an innovative and ambitious video editor / motion graphics person to work with our tight-nit creative group. As we are redefining our brand voice, it’s an exciting time to join our fast-growing in-house creative team. If you love experimentation and bringing a brand’s voice to life through moving assets, then we’d love to meet you.

Projects may include:

• Working with Post-Supervisor, and owning projects from inception to final delivery.
• Delivering end-to-end creative on a diverse range of projects including: Brand campaigns, case studies, partnership videos and social edits.
• Learning and enhancing our creative capabilities through the use of new tech and tools.
• Be part of shaping the vision for Brand and video efforts at Next

Qualifications:

• 5+ years related experience
• Experience editing paid and unpaid social media
• Expert level knowledge of the usual suspects (Premiere, Photoshop and Encoder) with knowledge of After Effects
• Attention to detail with a high bar, balanced with an ability to achieve speed to market
• Positive, adaptable, and excited for a challenge
• Understanding of compositing, sound design, color grading, and motion graphics
• Effective interpersonal skills; good judgment and the ability to collaborate with different levels of management and creative teams.
• Ability to work both as a team and independently.
• Ability to navigate, manage and address enterprise level corporate feedback.
