Quantcast is hiring a Head of Customer and Community Marketing to work on the Marketing team in our San Francisco office. 

Responsibilities

  • You will lead our customer and community marketing program by partnering with our marketing, sales and product team to scale our customer reference and build a community program
  • You will partner closely with key stakeholders to bring to life inspirational customer stories via a variety of content types and media, showcasing the value of Quantcast and translating the voice of the customer into sales and marketing tools for public or private references
  • Lead our executive programs as we build and expand our customer advisory boards, executive sponsor programs
  • Grow the scope and influence of our installed base marketing and comms function by working closely with groups including customer success, growth marketing and field marketing to build vehicles aligned to our customer journey to impact retention and expansion goals.
  • Contribute to a culture of customer engagement and educate executive-level audiences; you’ll lead program measurement, formulate and communicate the requirements to grow the impact of our customer database and influence our content strategy to increase views and work with our public relations and social media teams to amplify content.
  • Optimize and manage the budget; track and analyze programs/campaigns for ROIA

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 10-12 years marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior level customer marketing/advocacy inside a B2B technology company, during which time you've demonstrated an ability to carefully and successfully build and manage customer references involving globally recognized brands.
  • Customer centric professional with proven experience building a customer reference program that improves reference opportunities - from new win announcements in the media, to deep dive case studies and internal sales collateral.
  • Entrepreneurial problem solver capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to help cultivate customer relationships and to work successfully with cross-functional teams including executive management, product management, digital, operations, sales and marketing.
  • Experience supporting large sales organizations in a growth environment is preferred
  • Eye for detail and ability drive cross-functionally
  • Ability to communicate and develop assets for all channels
  • Ability to educate key internal teams (e.g. sales) about the availability and strategic deployment of customer advocacy assets and interactions.
  • Ability to build engagement with current customers through innovative program ideas
