What we are looking for:

• International producer to plan and manage international schedules across the marketing teams in partnership with the internal/ external partners
• You make it happen; you are reliable, results-driven, and know-how to get things done

• You are efficient; you know how to step back, prioritize and recalibrate your efforts so they are focused and impactful  
•  You are an excellent communicator; you know how to adjust your communication according to your audience and are continually elevating your influential skills
• You thrive in ambiguity, and have a knack for building processes and workflows from scratch, and driving a bias towards action across teams.


Responsibilities of the role:

• Collaborate closely with vendors, localization team staff, the legal team, and other departments to understand needs and requirements to scale.
• Design and implement efficient and scalable end-to-end localization frameworks in collaboration with our internal localization teams

• Define and track project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall and integrated delivery plan
• Must thrive in a demanding and fast-paced environment; this role requires flexibility, the ability to calmly scale, and rapidly apply keen judgment to complex situations.


Requirements:

• Can handle multiple projects or tasks without dropping the ball

•  7+ years of producer experience. 
• 2+ years running end-to-end localization process for regions across the globe.
• Familiarity with post-production for copy, static , photo and video. Localization workflows for subtitling and localized VO a plus.
• Excellent English written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to cultivate productive and positive relationships with external partners, managers, and peers
.
• Experience working with various localization tools and systems.
