Summary
We are looking for a passionate and highly creative Media Production Specialist to join our Customer Education Team to deliver a unique, unforgettable, and impactful learning experience to our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will manage and execute the delivery of customer education and instructional content to our customers to help them adopt and leverage the UserTesting platform to gather human insights. The candidate will be responsible for creative development, in-studio filming, post-production content editing, curating, and publishing audio and video content for internal and external purposes. The candidate will also oversee the use of the in-office University studios that are currently in planning stages. The candidate must have the experience to successfully manage pre-production planning, and execute on-site production activities in the studios and remotely.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording, editing, and media management
- Storyboard and bring to life the Customer Education Team’s vision to deliver high-quality learning experiences
- Provide feedback, editorial suggestions, and copy editing for team members’ videos in order to create pixel-perfect and flawless content
- Organize content calendar for planned videos with the ability to make real-time decisions about content placement
- Ability to build, configure, operate, and maintain studio and/or field audio, lighting and associated equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues on-site and remotely
- Ability to produce & deliver high-quality content from a remote location
- Some analytical ability to gather and summarize data, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work
- Ability to quickly organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to travel as needed for business purposes
What you should have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a videographer / editor / production coordinator / photographer or similar role.
- Provide feedback, editorial suggestions, and copy editing for team members’ videos in order to create pixel-perfect and flawless content.
- Excellent working knowledge of hi-definition video editing like FinalCut Pro.
- Working knowledge of web conferencing tools such as Zoom.
- Proficient with livestream tools such as Livestream, YouTube Live, and Facebook Live.
- Proficient in visual effects, filming and lighting, and video cleanup and retouching.
- Proficient in keying and compositing for green screen projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, vendors, and co-workers in a professional and helpful manner.
- Previous storytelling experience in a creative environment (ex: an ad agency) is a bonus
- Must be able to provide a sample portfolio of current and past creative work when requested.
- Must be detail-oriented and well organized.
