Merchant Content Policy Review Manger

The Merchant Content Policy & Review Manager will mitigate business risk while maximizing business opportunity as it relates to content / products posted to the platform. This role serves as a counterbalance to our content review / QA team so as to limit variance in compliance. This position will provide guidance, oversight & independent consultation to the Content Review team at Wish while ensuring content standards are compliant yet practical and business friendly.

What you'll do:

  • Question prevailing logic and test for objectivity in Content Review practices
  • Provide an objective counterbalance to Content Review teams seeking specifically to remove bias that can skew content review decisions
  • Challenge and refine existing Content guidelines to maximize marketplace breadth while maintaining compliance
  • Apply a data driven yet practical approach to Content Review practices
  • Perform monthly & quarterly Content Review reporting to understand trends in content reviewers’ behavior.
  • Work collaboratively to establish best practices of Content Review with key stake-holders
  • Contribute to guidelines, training and playbooks for reviewing content across the Wish marketplace

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) 
  • 5+ years of eCommerce content review exp
  • Experience establishing ecommerce content guidelines
  • Ability to influence stake-holders while maintaining strong, collaborative relationships
  • Knowledge of eCommerce industry / content
