Responsibilities

• Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand the technical product requirements

• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation

• Work with product & project managers, data analytic, and engineers to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including: User Guides, Integration Guides, Operations Runbook, In platform documentation (tooltips, welcome instructions, etc.), Code snippets, navigation links.

• Evaluate and redesign Confluence to cater to the needs and requirements to support documents and knowledge base libraries for Carrier & Data Center Operations organization.

• Design and implement a dedicated workflow within Jira to support, manage and track operations relating to data center deployments, telco provisioning, carrier escalations, and special projects.

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation work to meet service release dates and client deliverables.

• Maintain a library of service documentation, cataloging it for internal and/or external use.

• Learn complex concepts, and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and

• understood by users.

• Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability.

• Collaborate with data and cost analytic teams to develop cost models and analytical tools to

• provide leadership and stakeholders with usable accurate information to make informed decisions.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field

• Worked as Technical Writer for multiple Technology product rollouts aimed for enterprise class

• engineering community.

• Strong Solution architect background would be preferred.

• 7+ years of experience required in an IT or Engineering environment.

• Experience in creating documentation for audiences with different levels of technical skill.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills

• Ability to read some programming code

• Experience in presenting technical information in a live setting, such as classroom training,

• presentations, or video conference.

• Project Management, Influencing and problem solving skills, Git, Web Design

• Excellent written communication skills, with emphasis in written English

• Technical Writing, Confluence, Jira, Python, Tableau, Business Analysis experience is desired
