What we are building
The Documentation team at Domino leads our efforts to empower customers through technical documentation, tutorials, examples, and UI text. We are scaling up the team to meet the needs of a growing audience.

What your impact will be

• Improve existing content by addressing audience feedback, issues in our backlog, and issues you observe independently.
• Create new content that makes customers feel excited and confident about using the product.
• Make it easy for subject matter experts to contribute simple content about new releases that you can edit and expand.
  

What we look for in this role

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience writing documentation about a complex software product, preferably with a data science angle.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical publications.
• Experience working in the “docs as code” mode where content is authored in plain text with programmatic directives
• Experience creating illustrations using raster and vector image editing applications
• Experience using Git/GitHub
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and enterprise software
• Interest in machine learning
