Senior Video Producer
We’re looking for a Senior Producer to join our in-house Creative Production team. As the Senior Producer, you are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and are well-versed in video production for organic and paid channels including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, OTT, and broadcast.
You are an experienced manager of Producers and Production Crew, and have tried-and-true methods of providing feedback, guidance, and process framework. You are comfortable taking on many roles when needed for the success of a project and take pride in building process and new ways of working from scratch. The formula for success in this role is one part logistical master, one part creative genius, and two parts architect.
YOUR IMPACT
- Lead day-to-day video operations for the company
- Build, maintain and evolve process, workflow, and video project management
- Own on-location and in-studio video shoots, from pre production through post production
- Be the main point of contact for production crew, post production teams, brand partners, and internal partners across; creative, marketing, legal, inventory and merchandising stakeholders
- Maintain archive of all production tracking spreadsheets and legal documents
- Create schedules and call-sheets, lead pre-pro meetings, manage review and feedback sessions, as well as final hand-off of deliverables
- Track and report on up-to-the-moment production budget actuals and resolve discrepancies
- Manage, coach, and develop Producers and Production Coordinators
ABOUT YOU
- 8 + years experience in commercial, agency, or in-house video production
- Ability to manage several overlapping production schedules at once
- Experience with location shoot logistics including; permitting, security detail, and securing motor homes
- Experience with minor talent and child labor laws as they pertain to production
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere is a plus
- Creative portfolio or reel is required
- Self-starter that values collaboration and feedback
