About the Role

The Content Marketer will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content that connects with every developer. This person is a storyteller with a unique ability to make technical content enjoyable to read and loves to engage with a supportive community.

In this role you will:

  • Identify, grow, nurture and delight customers willing to support public activities such as case studies, PR, AR, films, speakerships, customer advisory boards, and more.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to create customer evidence such as case studies, blogs, videos, etc.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, product marketing, strategy operations, and other teams to design and execute winning campaigns.
  • Drive growth via unpaid channels including blogs, social, white papers, podcasts, and eBooks to drive sign-ups and grow the Sentry brand.
  • Collaborate with internal and external content creators to support organic growth plans.
  • Research, interview, and write in-depth profiles of our customers, to be distributed on the Sentry blog, landing pages, email (on-boarding, drip campaigns, newsletters), and social channels.
  • Measure, track, and iterate on campaign effectiveness with clear KPIs.
  • Be the voice of the customer. Drive customer feedback programs and distill feedback into actionable insights to inform business strategy and product decisions.
  • Develop internal communications to ensure internal teams are aware of and use the customer-related stories and content published.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional writing experience, ideally in journalism or tech.
  • Experience writing and editing for both consumer and business audiences.
