We’re looking for a talented and strategic communications professional who brings creativity, energy and a collaborative mindset to their work. As an associate on the Global Communications team, you’ll play a key role in executing campaigns and supporting high-profile initiatives that elevate our brand and business.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to communications campaigns designed to educate and engage key audiences about our business portfolio, innovation and talent, sustainability and thought leadership. You’ll collaborate across functions, helping to bring Prologis’ stories to life in a way that reflects our leadership in the logistics industry. You’ll join a high-performing team that loves the work and enjoys working together. The Global Communications team moves fast, thinks creatively and embraces new tools—we’re currently leading the company in applying AI to our work. We focus on delivering smart, tailored communications that support Prologis’ strategy and make an impact with our audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support and help execute national and regional campaigns aligned with business priorities

  • Develop high-quality communications materials, including blog posts, media pitches/advisories, briefing books and more

  • Manage the company’s awards tracker, prepare award content (in partnership with executives) and coordinate submission deadlines

  • Track, monitor and measure earned media coverage and campaign performance

  • Contribute to campaign, quarterly and annual reporting

  • Serve as a utility player across the external communications team, stepping in to support where needed

Building blocks for success

Required:

  • Minimum of three years of relevant experience in media or public relations

  • At least one year of experience working at a PR agency

  • Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Demonstrated experience working with executives

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects and deadlines

  • A proactive, team-first mindset, with a willingness to support projects across the team

  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for input or guidance

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluency across all major social media platforms

Preferred:

  • Experience in real estate, commercial development, finance, community affairs or public affairs is a plus

Hiring Salary Ranges of: $91,000 - $123,000 (San Francisco, California) and $84,000 - $116,000 (Dallas, Texas).
