Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Coupa Systems Engineer with strong application development expertise in Purchasing, Invoicing , RPM Coupa modules and good functional knowledge on the source to pay process to join our team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for discovery > design > development > adoption of the solution across the organization. You will also work with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize business processes enabled by Coupa modules.
You will:

  • Act as a key resource in the projects and enhancement of the Coupa modules.
  • Analyze and document business processes, procedures, and requirements to identify areas for improvement and implement system enhancements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system designs, specifications, and test plans.
  • Configure, develop, test, and deploy system changes and enhancements.
  • Manage system testing and validation, including user acceptance testing and end-to-end testing.
  • Develop and deliver training and support materials for end-users.
  • Stay up-to-date on Coupa upgrades and releases, provide recommendations for system improvements
  • Thoroughly test Coupa updates to ensure that it does not negatively impact existing business operations
  • Manage common Coupa Admin tasks, Configure Content Groups, Enterprise, Company Codes, Chart of Accounts, approval chains, PO Customizations, Tax codes, PO Transmission methods, understand requirements around requisitions, POs, Invoices and configure workflow, receipts and tolerances, Deploy best Coupa practices.
  • Enable cXML Suppliers, Punch outs & Catalogs, PO cXML and Invoice transmission process, Compliant Invoicing in Coupa and also be aware of Invoice Posting in Oracle
  • Interact with the business and do FIT Gap Analysis, Manage Coupa Release Upgrade, do impact analysis, SIT/UAT Testing, Understand Integrations between Coupa - Workday, Oracle and Supplier onboarding systems
  • Support all aspects of system configuration, customization, version releases, punch out API's, COUPA Supplier Portal (CSP)


Qualifications
You have:

  • 5-6 years of experience in a Business System Analyst role supporting Procure to Pay processes and Coupa Modules like Purchasing, Invoicing , RPM, with a strong understanding of business processes
  • Strong understanding of Procurement / Invoicing / Sourcing, Catalog Management, Contract Management, Vendor Management
  • Experience working on P2P integration objects such as Suppliers, Accounting Elements, Users, POs, OK2PAY, Payment
  • Technical knowledge of coupa procure-to-pay including integration layers, in particular technical integration scenarios with ERP systems
  • Experience in any Middleware tool used for Data migration or sync - Bulk Transformation, Data Customization functions, Data Mapping, Performance, Log analysis/Audit
  • Experience in Coupa implementations and support
  • Expertise in implementing industry best practices and configure the Coupa application as per business requirements to enable business processes.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into system designs and specifications.
  • Experience configuring, testing, and deploying Oracle EPM system changes and enhancements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Operational support and project management methodologies, tools and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Oracle fusion is a plus
  • Knowledge/experience with mulesoft or any such middleware, snowflake is a plus
  • Coupa implementation certification or Coupa Solutions Architect certification would be a huge plus


Additional Information
Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Zone A: USD $111,700 - USD $167,500
Zone B: USD $106,100 - USD $159,100
Zone C: USD $100,500 - USD $150,700
Zone D: USD $95,000 - USD $142,400
