We’re looking for a curious, strategic, and insight-driven professional to join our team as a Data & Insights Partner. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, customer success, and business strategy, transforming data into stories that inspire smarter decisions and stronger customer outcomes.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to define the “why” behind reporting needs and translate data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll uncover what each stakeholder truly needs to know, why it matters, and how those insights guide meaningful action. Rather than simply assembling data fields, you’ll craft reports that tell a compelling story, connecting metrics to impact and information to strategy.

Beyond delivering insights, you’ll help build a data-driven culture across the organization. You’ll empower teams through training, frameworks, and storytelling that make analytics more accessible, engaging, and outcome-oriented. If you’re passionate about connecting data to purpose and helping teams think differently about how information drives results, this is your opportunity to make a company-wide impact. This role reports directly to the Customer Success Team Lead.

What You’ll Do

  • Reporting Strategy & Innovation: Lead the development of scalable, standardized reporting frameworks and dashboards that deliver meaningful business insights. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our out-of-the-box reporting by understanding emerging customer needs and the decisions those reports inform
  • Insight Delivery: Translate data into stories that spark action. Dig into the “why” behind trends, uncover the decisions each report is meant to guide, and ensure every insight answers a meaningful business question. Continuously refine content and visualizations to highlight drivers, risks, and opportunities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with customer-facing teams, leadership, and technical stakeholders to ensure reports are designed with purpose and clarity. Act as a strategic partner who brings context, not just data, helping teams interpret, apply, and communicate insights effectively
  • Enablement & Capability Building: Develop and deliver training, documentation, and best-practice resources in partnership with the Onboarding & Enablement team to strengthen reporting literacy across the organization and among customers. Equip stakeholders with tools and frameworks that enhance data-driven decision-making
  • Customer Insights & Partnership: Collaborate with customer-facing teams and engage directly with customers through Reporting Councils and ad hoc sessions, gathering feedback that informs the creation of actionable, configurable reports and solutions aligned with customers’ evolving needs
  • Data Stewardship & Assurance: Uphold and maintain enterprise-wide standards for reporting quality, consistency, and compliance. Ensure the integrity of organizational data through repeatable review and validation processes
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps and opportunities within current reporting practices. Drive process enhancements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and the strategic value of reporting across all departments

About You And What Skills You’ll Need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in analytics, data, or business are a plus
  • Experience: 5+ years in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence with experience advising leaders or business partners
  • Technical Fluency: Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL or another coding language, and advanced Excel
  • Work Eligibility: Authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)

  • Massachusetts Pay Transparency Notice:
The estimated salary range for this position is $101,000 to $135,000 for applicants based in Massachusetts. Actual pay may differ depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and location. This role also offers a comprehensive benefits package

Core Competencies

  • Consultative communicator who can influence decisions and build trust
  • Curious storyteller who connects data to purpose, uncovering the “why” behind metrics and shaping insights that guide strategy, decisions, and customer success
  • Experienced facilitator with training and workshop delivery skills
  • Proactive problem-solver and process improver
  • Strong collaborator across technical and business domains
