Data Solutions Specialist (Dashboards, APIs, and Analytics)

Responsibilities:- Lead the development and maintenance of the Operations Scorecard, ensuring accurate and timely data feeds and analysis across workstreams.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards and advanced visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams to automate data capture and integrate manual processes into streamlined workflows.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize APIs to enhance data transfer and system interoperability.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through robust validation and monitoring practices.
- Manage data sources across categories such as People, Quality, Safety, Service Delivery, and Cost, ensuring relevance and alignment with business objectives.
- Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive actionable outcomes.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or in a similar role involving analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with API development and data automation processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Experience with environmental health, safety (EHS), and sustainability metrics.
- Familiarity with industry-specific data sources and KPIs.
- Experience in automating manual data capture processes and integrating diverse data systems.
