Minted is seeking a talented and passionate Associate Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. The Associate Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational data, managing purchasing and inventory, and reporting and communicating key information to internal partners to help drive the business. This individual will also provide analytical support in the management of our domestic and international printing and shipping partners. This position is based in our downtown San Francisco office.

You Will:

• Be accountable for data accuracy and reporting performance metrics in our supply chain
• Manage the purchasing and inventory for selected bill of materials including finished goods and other consumable items
• Evaluate monthly cost performance by analyzing invoices and inventory investments; review invoices for approval
• Work closely with manufacturing network to identify and drive quality improvement of Minted products
• Analyze weekly in-stock data and work both internally and externally with 3rd party manufacturing and warehousing partners to hit in-stock goals
• Provide analytical support in cost negotiations related to New Product Development
• Support the launch and execution of new wholesale programs and partners by delivering wholesale partner requirements, such as item set up, testing, and audits

You Are:

• Detail and process oriented. Must be proactive and very organized
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Proactive, results oriented and able to learn quickly
• Analytical and can analyze cost metrics and identify opportunities for improvement

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related field
• Supply chain experience is a plus
• Experience working with large sets of data and information and the ability to understand and manipulate them
• Excellent communication skills
• 1-2 years of experience
