About the Role

Figure is looking for an Associate Quality Assurance/UAT Tester to join our growing Figure Pay team, and support the building and scaling of our new direct-to-consumer blockchain-based alternative banking mobile app. 

In this role, you will work with Product Manager(s) on a mobile based product to test and catch any issues or bugs to deliver the best customer experience possible.

What You’ll Do

• Provide support to Product Manager(s) by validating feature requirements through manually testing mobile app features as they are developed, and documenting testing findings to support releases
• Own front-end testing of newly developed features to find bugs, and validate feature/app behavior
• Analyze user stories and other feature requirements for front end mobile/client to develop test cases
• Manage test plan by creating test scenarios and developing documentation of manual app testing findings
• Know the product vision and feature set, and collaborate with the product manager(s) to proactively develop test cases to validate new features

What We Look For

• 1-3 years product testing or feature testing on a mobile application
• Strong communication, organization and documentation skills 
• Experience supporting a product team by testing and validating features
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growing company
