About the Role

WalkMe is looking for an experienced data analyst who is familiar with SaaS sales-cycle processes and metrics. You will possess a “5-Why” mentality and be eager to dive deeper to uncover trends that help guide the operational efficiency of the sales organization. customer satisfaction.

Reports to: BI Team Leader

What You'll Own:

• Assist in research of sales market trends, competitive data, and regional performance to aid in the development of proactive sales strategies and programs.
• Develop and monitor both internal and management metrics to support executives in making important decisions for the Sales Organization, including monitoring of mid-term planning and development of sales targets.
• Build BI dashboards as a monitoring and decision-making tool for the Sales Organization
• Prepare Sales Organization QBRs materials.
• Produce Ad hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation building
• Develop and maintain essential reports utilizing Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and multiple data warehouses
• Work with the Sales and Account Management departments
• Other responsibilities as needed

What You Need to Succeed:

• Bachelors’ degree in a related field - preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in data analytics with Sales analytics experience strongly preferred
• SaaS industry experience and business acumen 
• Very strong analytical skills 
• Intermediate SQL skills 
• BI front-end development experience - Tableau is a plus
• Ability to easily communicate insights either verbally or visually 
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to multi-task to ensure deadlines are met
• Self-managed, responsible, and organized
