About the Role

The Business Operations team works cross-functionally to enable and support the growth of the company. The Business Operations, Blended Care Analyst role is for someone who is passionate about working on strategic initiatives and scaling a startup business. This role will require taking a data driven approach to inform major business decisions across the company - with a particular focus on product analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, analytical, financial, and presentation skills, in addition to strong interpersonal and communication skills. 


Currently the Lyra offices are closed and employees are working remotely. Upon reopening, this position will be based in Burlingame, CA (hybrid model).

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with building and scaling our Blended Care programs, including performing various analyses and building dashboards to drive strategic and operational decisions
  • Analyzing key Blended Care metrics and insights to translate them into valuable content for internal teams and customers 
  • Communicating effectively with various teams to synthesize business needs and collaborate on deliverables
  • Work on ad-hoc requests from the Blended Care teams and customers regarding program implementation tracking, analyzing data inconsistencies, investigating trends, dashboard updates, etc. 
  • Collaborate with other teams to operationalize and scale additional Blended Care offerings and pricing models 

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with SQL and data visualization tools
  • Self-starter, able to work independently
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills as this role will require working cross functionally with Data Science, Product, Finance, and Operations Teams
  • Ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner
  • Critical thinking is necessary to constantly evolve our customer reporting
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and drilling down analyses for open ended questions 
  • Adaptability and flexibility are key in this role as business needs are ever-evolving and changing
