About the RoleDoorDash is investing in Caviar, the premium marketplace for both Food Enthusiasts and Local Premium restaurants. As a Senior Cx Growth & Retention Associate, you will lead key initiatives that will help grow and improve Caviar.  As a part of the broader Caviar Strategy & Operations team, you will play a key part in building the next phase of growth.In a typical day you may craft a winning strategy to guide new product ideas or rollouts, run analytical, rigorous experiments to optimize growth, dive into data to explain the performance of a promotion or partnership at the lowest level of detail, or identify actions to drive achievement of goals and make sure we never stop growing.

What you’ll do

  • Analyze – Build models to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of multiple programs and experiments
  • Collaborate – Influence and engage across the company - partner cross-functionally with our Marketing, Operations, Markets, Finance, Analytics and other DD teams to drive execution
  • Experiment – Use data-driven decision-making to run tests to optimize for growth and learnings on new and existing products
  • Build – Define recommendations that drive short- and long-term growth, leveraging a deep understanding of our products and offerings, and execute go-to-market playbooks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years experience in banking, consulting, bizops, strategy, operations, technology, or related experience
  • Proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
  • Advanced Excel skills (can perform complex functions)

Nice to haves

  • High-growth or early-stage startup experience is a plus
  • Experience with the on-demand economy and/or third-party marketplaces is a plus
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus
