Change Management Analyst
Cisco Meraki is searching for a Business Operations Analyst to join our Business Operations team in San Francisco! You:
You will lead the communications strategy across internal and external projects, enabling various operations teams and stakeholders. You will be responsible for building collateral and processes that will help scale the organization. The role is highly interdisciplinary and requires strong collaboration with multi-discipline teams. With that said, you are interested in learning the behind-the-scene operations of a company - how things work, why they are the way they are, and what the impact is to internal and external audiences. You are always hungry for knowledge and eager to get things done (and done well). To top it off, you are open to change and not afraid of iteration.
What you will do:
- Define communications strategy for various business operations initiatives
- Manage and own the execution of all change management activities and deliverables, including but not restricted to: sponsorship alignment, change readiness, partner engagement/management, training, communications, and change sustainability
- Identify risks and issues that may impact the success of the project from the stakeholder’s point of view
- Facilitate large and cross-functional team meetings and trainings
- Champion the importance of change management across the organization
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, marketing, or communications role
- Self-starter with a high degree of motivation to drive projects
- Energetic, personable, and able to work under tight deadlines across teams
- Strong work ethic
- Demonstrative collaboration, project management, and change management skills
- Superior business communications (written, verbal, and graphical)
- Bachelor’s degree from a top university
