Compliance Reporting Lead - Testing, Monitoring & Reporting
About the role
We’re hiring for a Compliance Reporting Lead for our Corporate Compliance Testing, Monitoring and Reporting team. In this role you will perform risk analysis, contribute to Compliance testing, and work with our team to develop key risk insights and reporting. You will work cross-functionally to analyze Compliance risk across Chime, including the results of our testing and monitoring. You will also collaborate with our team’s leadership to develop KPIs/KRIs, build compliance risk reports and may assist in data analysis for individual projects. You will report to Chime’s Head of Compliance Testing, Monitoring and Reporting.
This job cannot be performed in the state of Colorado.
In this role, you can expect to
- Contribute to risk assessments, compliance testing support and issue management processes.
- Build reporting dashboards that will be used by leadership to evaluate Chime’s risk environment, summarize issues and corrective action plans, and upcoming exams/ audits.
- Work with individual testing & monitoring teams to understand key objectives, data requirements and perform analysis needed to support the goals of the review.
- Work with the Head of Testing and Monitoring to define and develop KRIs and KPIs to measure the success of our business unit compliance, testing/monitoring program and regulatory adherence.
To thrive in this role, you have
- A degree in a field like Finance/Economics/Business.
- SQL skills and experience with Looker/Tableau platforms are a big plus!
- 7+ years in compliance, compliance analytics, banking or FinTech experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, a record of working cross-functionally to achieve results and a high level of comfort delivering reporting and insights within data visualization platforms
