With our help, retailers can successfully compete with the online retail giants that have the means to invest in technology. 


Data is a foundational part of Bolt, from fraud decisioning to dynamic checkout features optimizing for conversion. To accelerate the company’s growth, Bolt is hiring a data analyst to partner closely with Customer Success Managers to show Bolt’s impact on retailers’ online businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Customer Success Managers to collect data and model Bolt’s value to our customers
  • Benchmark account performance and understand key account trends to proactively suggest actions through data-based recommendations
  • Develop compelling dashboards and automated reporting related to KPIs
  • Support ad hoc data requests from Customer Success Managers

Requirements:

  • Years of experience: 0-2
  • Proficient with SQL to write basic queries 
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to convey complicated analyses in a simple and easy-to-understand way
  • Logical, analytical thinker with business acumen, especially in e-commerce
  • Exposure to data manipulation/visualization tools and languages (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Google Sheets, R, Python)
  • Experience using Google Analytics to analyze user behavior and website trends
  • Understanding of A/B testing and statistics or a willingness to learn
  • Always looking to improve processes and automate more
