Unity is seeking a Data Analyst contract role to join our growing People Analytics team.

What you'll be doing

The purpose of this role is to assist with basic reporting and operational work for key projects on the People Analytics team. Specifically (but not limited to):

• Pulling and matching unique keys from our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to our Human Capital Management System (Workday).
• Using excel to tie multiple data sources together (e.g. through vlookup/xlookup, index match, etc.)
• Pulling basic reports from Workday or Greenhouse
• Assisting in data clean up as needed to prepare for data collection and analysis

What we're looking for

• Ability to use different HR Systems
• Strong excel skills

• Experience with HR data
• Experience conducting reporting or data cleaning
