We are looking for a fun-loving, high-energy person to support our Vision team, overseeing the Data Collection team gathering data in the field.

This is a full-time role and is located onsite at our office in San Francisco, California, USA.

What you’ll do here:

• Direct supervision of the Data Collection Specialists (DCS) who are gathering data.
• Coordinate with various engineering teams (Models, Tracking, Robotics, Research, etc.) to understand the business and engineering needs of data creation requirements and to plan data collection.
• Track the type of data required and the type of data collected.
• Create DCS work schedules and schedules for other DCS activities
• Additional projects as required to support the Data Creation Operations team and cross-functional teams.

Who you are:

• An excellent communicator
• Detail-oriented, and able to give directions and take instructions
• Able to motivate team members to maintain focus, even with repetitive tasks
• Tech savvy with the ability to use Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and various Applications
• Organized and able to use scheduling applications and templates
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend, twist, reach and squat, and can hold up to 10 lbs in one hand
• Have an undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Some experience of similar activities would be a bonus, e.g. Acting, Dancing, Group Fitness participation, Sports participation, Active Lifestyle
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
