We’re looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join our Data Operations team—a team of enthusiastic, business-savvy data analysts who are responsible for expanding our understanding of businesses, consumers, and the transactions that connect them. In this role, you’ll help us increase our company coverage, ensure the companies we track are of the highest data quality, and find ways to improve our processes to make our team more efficient. You’ll also work with data scientists, product managers, engineers, and other teams to build out new data features that directly improve the product. Collaboration, curiosity, and creativity are a must.

**We’ll trust you to:**
* Increase our company coverage list, based on direct requests from our clients.
* Research public and private companies to be added to our product
* Investigate and fix data quality issues in our transactional data set
* Make improvements to our data quality process, such as finding ways to automate our workflow
* Propose and embark on projects that make our data more insightful

**You’ll need to have:**
* 1-2 years of related work experience with an economics, business, or STEM background
* Basic technical skills (e.g., SQL, Python)
* An analytical, structured approach to problem-solving
* Attention to detail and a thorough approach to your work
* An affinity for teamwork and collaboration
* BA, BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering or related technology field, or equivalent experience

**We’d love to see:**
* Experience reading financial statements or working with large data sets
* Enthusiasm learning about different business models and consumer companies
Someone who enjoys employing creativity in their work
