About Your Role: 

We’re looking for someone to help us organize, understand and operationalize our data and information. You’ll help develop a data framework that supports our operational tools and processes and work cross functionally to develop, implement and maintain business KPI’s

Who You Are:

• You love to think about challenging problems and how data and information can help find solutions to them.
• You’ve got experience working on cross-department projects with stakeholders at all levels.
• You have a keen ability to identify metrics that matter, and help leaders implement solutions that drive business goals. 

Projects You’ll Work On:

• Develop and maintain a data framework across all business organizations including Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, Customer Experience, and Engineering
• Own the flow and architecture of data and information across key business systems and processes
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and challenges
• Design KPI’s in tandem with leaders that can be supported with data, while coordinating with analysts to develop tracking methodologies
• Define data metrics and maintain an ongoing library of data definitions that will enable organizations across the company
• Build visualizations for stakeholders, accompanied with insights and commentary
• Maintain oversight of data integrations and ingestions across business systems 
• Gather and analyze data insights and clearly communicate findings
• Perform data and process audits

Experience:

• 4+ years of relevant experience 
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboarding
• Experience managing operational processes 
• Experience with data visualization tools 

Bonus Points If...

• Working knowledge of MySQL
• Working knowledge of Amplitude
• Working knowledge of Confluence
• Six Sigma or similar certifications appreciated
