We’re looking for a customer-centric Data Quality Specialist to join our Sales Operations team. The position will report to the Senior Director, Sales Operations and be based in our Mountain View, CA headquarters (remote / work from home policy currently active).

The goal of this role is to proactively guarantee the continuous improvement of our internal data quality through completion of case requests from our various functional teams and recurring admin efforts (e.g. data audits, realignments, imports, etc.). Your efforts will aid a variety of teams (Sales Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support) in becoming more effective and efficient in serving our customers better.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data admin actions (e.g. duplicate merging, ownership changes, record realignments & migrations, record scrubbing, etc.)
  • Find account, contact, and other supplementary data from various sources to enrich new and existing records
  • Perform audits to ensure data is aligned across multiple systems (e.g. SFDC Outreach)
  • Establish and formally document best practices and standards
  • Build reports & data exports for stakeholders


  • Experience in data sourcing, entry, and manipulation
  • Experience with SQL queries
  • Expertise in advanced search methods (e.g. open web boolean searches)
  • Experience using spreadsheets (MS Excel and Google Sheets) for data manipulation
  • Comfortable with Excel pivot tables, lookup & reference functions, macros
  • Clear and thoughtful verbal and written communication skills

Advantages

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (Admin Basic Certification - or higher - preferred)
  • Experience with data vendors (e.g. ZoomInfo, Datafox)
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g. Outreach)
  • Experience with marketing automation systems (e.g. Marketo)
  • Experience with CPQ/QTC systems (e.g. Zuora) and ERP systems (e.g. Netsuite)

Location

Our office is located in a suburban neighborhood, but Downtown Mountain View and plenty of great eats are a five-minute drive away!
