Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, insightful data analysis, and deliver reports on key metrics on a periodic basis.
- Use statistical analysis, simulations, predictive modeling, or other methods to analyze large volume of data and develop practical solutions to business problems.
- Develop a framework to create operational targets based on the Annual Operating Plan. Use Python, R, and SQL for large scale data analysis and data visualizations. Implement critical KPIs and live dashboards on Tableau for stakeholders.
- Achieve full automation of Customer Health Dashboard and continuous enhancement to achieve time to insights.
- Empower multiple business functions (Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance) with data tools, dashboards and predictive models to constantly exceed the expectations of end customers.
- Collect and organize information from a variety of sources, such as computer databases and business systems. Cleaning the data, scraping unstructured data and converting into structured data.
- Mine data and analytics at the customer level to gain a better understanding of their state of data.
- Work closely with Customer Success team to design, build and own key business reporting.
- Partner closely with our Sales & Marketing team to identify areas for optimization and measure the impact of initiatives (projects include: pipeline visibility and forecasting, campaign ROI, team performance metrics).
- Gather input from workers involved in all aspects of a problem or from others who have specialized knowledge, so that they can help solve the problem.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in Mathematics, Financial Risk Management, Information Technology, or related field (or foreign equivalent) and two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Data Analyst, Quantitative Analyst, or a related occupation.
- In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Financial Risk Management, Information Technology, or related field (or foreign equivalent) and five (5) years of experience in the job offered, or as a Data Analyst, Quantitative Analyst, or a related occupation. Experience, knowledge, or training must include two (2) years of the following: SQL; Python; Statistics; Tableau; VBA; Financial Modeling; and, Sales Operations.
