Unity Technologies is looking for a  Digital Analyst. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing actionable data-based insights for Unity’s websites, all marketing channels and campaigns that support online marketing strategies.

This role supports and interacts with cross-functional teams within the company, so the ideal candidate must be self-driven and proactive, detail oriented, able to multitask, and deliver with high quality. 

Responsibilities

• Strong storyteller and ability to interpret measurement insights for consumption by product managers or business units
• Ask the right questions and conduct deep-dives to evaluate the performance of marketing activities, website usability, and cross-channel behavior to support decision-making for performance improvement
• Evangelize data-driven culture across the organization
• Bring best-in class digital analytics standards and practices
• Work with various team members to merge data from different data sources for end-to-end tracking
• Question data integrity issues, validate new tracking implementations and investigate solutions for improvement
• Create and maintain digital dashboards
• Support ad hoc reporting requests

Requirements 

• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability and commitment to work with agility to manage multiple projects, project scope, stakeholders, and deadlines in a face-paced environment
• Strong experience in web analytics with tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe and some experience with Tag Management Systems
• Advanced experience with Excel and visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau or Looker)
• Experience in measurement and metrics related to a subscription business strongly preferred and deep understanding of online marketing channels including PPC, SEO, affiliate programs, social media, email, partnerships, etc.

Bonus Points

• Passionate about the gaming/technology industry
• Experience with SQL macros and/or VBA is a definite plus
• Knowledge of statistical and business intelligence tools such as R, Python, relational databases/data warehouses
