The Director, Data Analytics and Insights reports to our Chief Information. This person works as the strategic interface across all business teams to build an operating model by which data and analytics responsibilities and accountabilities are identified and shared across the company! The role will align approaches to data reporting, governance, technology and data security!

You will be responsible for defining and developing the corporate analytics and data management strategy that will drive the development and deployment of our solutions, technology and team to improve the use of data across the enterprise!

This is a management role, directing a team, who will provide strategic consulting mentorship and advice to senior business leaders. You and your team will be responsible for the execution and delivery of data and analytics projects aligned with Quantcast’s business roadmap. This Director role will incorporate a variety of skills and areas of expertise, leadership, program management, governance, staff management and technology.

Responsibilities

• Work with C-level executives to establish a vision, and build a culture that treats data as a cross-corporate asset
• Identify and standardize the use and governance of information in support of the overall global business strategy
• Develop and maintain controls on data quality, interoperability and sources to effectively manage corporate risk
• Organize and lead a data governance council (DGC) to apply four precepts: data principles, standards, policies and guidelines
• Lead the global D&A team to deliver the solutions that fulfill business needs and align with the information vision and strategy

Requirements

• 15+ years of broad industry experience, demonstrated ability in data and analytics with growing responsibilities and 8+ years in management and leadership capacity
• You will have an extensive professional background in data governance, warehousing and integration concepts, architectures and tools
• Demonstrable ability to effectively exert influence across teams without direct authority and especially towards senior leaders
• Excellent organizational change skills with experience of leading teams through organization change/transformation
