Job Description

  • Providing superior customer service to 600+ employees across 17 EMEA countries including answering benefits questions, disseminating materials and implementing new benefits programs 
  • Administering new hire enrollments, terminations and employee life cycle updates
  • Assist with rollout of employee self-service benefits tool, Onehub by Benefex 
  • Own leave of absence management process
  • Benefits gap analysis and creating proposals to keep benefits offerings competitive
  • Assist with billing reconciliation, auditing, invoice processing and troubleshooting discrepancies
  • Manage RFPs for current and new benefits, working closely with brokers and third party vendors 
  • Analyzing current process and ways to automate with our rapidly growing headcount 
  • Partner with the global recruiting team and regional leaders on benefits changes 
  • Create and update employee-facing benefits summaries and materials
  • Coordinate informational workshops including employee webinars

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in HR with benefits experience
  • Experience managing benefits across multiple countries 
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors HRIS, ServiceNow ticketing and Onehub a plus 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Proven history of managing confidential information with utmost integrity
