The Role:

We are looking for a data-driven / process-oriented high performer to help drive automation in our operational and financial planning. This role will blend a business understanding with a data / systems understanding to support the creation of high-impact reporting driving enhanced performance and decision making. This role is a strong fit for candidates who enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems with data-driven approaches in support of an ambitious mission to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone, everywhere.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting – help design and create new internal and external reporting (including dashboards, variance and trend analysis, ratio analysis) to drive improved operational and financial performance visibility
  • Statistical Forecasting – employ and inform software-based forecast models to support maintenance of baseline statistical operational and financial forecasts
  • Cohorting Analyses – create and maintain cohorting analyses to drive enhanced understanding of utilization drivers
  • Data Quality & Governance – partner with key internal data owners on creating processes to ensure data quality is validated and managed across key data sources
  • Systems Optimization – partner with key internal systems owners to ensure consistent data quality and structure / mappings across systems. Also, help identify optimization opportunities to enhance the value generated by our systems infrastructure
  • Ad Hoc Support – support ad hoc operational and financial requests via retrieving, analyzing, and effectively summarizing pertinent data into actionable insights

  • 4+ years of related experience in finance, operations, and/or data roles
  • Proficient with SQL and visualization tools such as Looker
  • Experience building reporting and dashboards that display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format
  • Experience navigating large datasets with ability to both validate quality and analyze from a business context
  • Experience working with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Looker, Anaplan, and Workday to drive automation in operational and financial planning
  • Works well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment managing competing priorities with sometimes ambiguous data points
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight on a day-to-day basis
  • Structured critical thinker who can employ problem solving skills to unstructured / uncertain problems
  • B.S. degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Accounting, Operations, or Statistics
